Compliance with average discharge time:
1) Test 9 batteries for each discharge mode;
2) If the average discharge value of 9 batteries is greater than or equal to the specified value of the average discharge time, and the number of batteries with a single battery discharge time less than 80% of the specified value is not more than 1, then the electrical performance test of this batch of batteries is qualified;
3) If the average discharge of 9 batteries is less than the specified value of the average discharge time and/or the number of batteries less than 80% of the specified value is greater than 1, then another 9 batteries will be tested again and the average value will be calculated. If the calculation results comply with the provisions of Article 2, the electrical performance test of this batch of batteries is qualified. If it does not comply, the battery electrical performance test of this batch will fail and will not be tested again.
